JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to provide personal and medical assistance to patients, elderly, or individuals requiring support at home or in care facilities in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Administer basic care and medication as per instructions.
• Monitor client health and report any changes to family or medical staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Ensure patient safety and follow health care protocols.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a caregiver, home nurse, or similar role preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a caring attitude.
• Ability to handle elderly or disabled clients.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages like Hindi/Arabic are a plus).
• UAE residency/visa eligibility to work.

Requirements:
Candidate Profile – CaregiverEducation:
• High school or equivalent (preferred).
Experience:
• Previous experience as a caregiver, home nurse, or personal support worker is preferred.
• Experience in elderly care, disabled care, or patient assistance is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Basic knowledge of healthcare and hygiene practices.
• Good communication skills in English; Hindi, Arabic, or other languages are a plus.
Personal Attributes:
• Reliable, attentive, and respectful.
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Other Requirements:
• UAE residency/visa eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
Salary:
AED
2,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
