JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Assistant with expert-level Excel skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data administration and reporting, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of reporting tools will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with key departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s reporting system for accurate data tracking and analysis.
• Manage data administration tasks, including integration, cleansing, processing, and assigning.
• Proactively suggest improvements to optimize CRM efficiency and workflows.
Requirements:
Requirements• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills.
• 1+ years of experience in the Fintech industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-priority tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical thinking, enthusiasm, and persistence in problem-solving.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Adaptability to changing processes and future improvements.
• High sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
