JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Build strong customer relationships by offering proactive, bilingual support that not only resolves issues but also turns first-time buyers into loyal, repeating customers through consistent follow-up, feedback collection, and personalized communication.
• Pre-purchase guidance: Ensure customers get the right product match (e.g., sugar-free, protein-rich, etc.) reduce confusion and build trust that drives confident purchase decisions.
• Post-purchase service: Handle complaints, refunds, or missing items quickly to preserve customer trust and avoid negative experiences.
• Social DMs & comments: Respond within minutes, maintain brand tone, and route important queries (e.g., orders, collaborations) to the right person.
• Light sales (WhatsApp, click-to-chat): Convert curiosity into orders by giving friendly product recommendations and reminders of Fazaa discounts or offers.
• Proactive feedback contact: Within 3–5 days after delivery, message customers to ask how their experience was (delivery & product). Use this to identify pain points, gather testimonials, and re-engage satisfied buyers.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in handling challenging situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Arabic Speaker (native)
Salary:
USD
400 to 600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
