House of Enspa is currently seeking an outstanding Customer Relations Executive (UAE National) for its locations.
The Company
The Nail Spa was established in 2002.
House of ENSPA was then formed in 2013 as a holding company for 2 grooming concepts, The Nail Spa and Marquee and the retail distribution and training company, Espai.
House of ENSPA operates 11 spas and 8 salons.
The award-winning House of Enspa comprises of around 380 staff members, each dedicated to offering flawless, consistent and holistic customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the House of Enpsa to help shape the future of the UAE’s beauty service industry.
The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the Company.
Job Responsibilities
· Meet and greet customers
· Handle customer inquiries via phone and or email.
· Educate customers on services and menu features.
· Resolve customer issues and handle customer complaints.
· Collect customer feedback.
· Handle other customer related administrative tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:· A bachelor’s degree in any discipline/high school diploma
Experience:
· Freshers are welcome to apply (extensive training will be provided)
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
