JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Optimization
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Manage technical SEO elements including site audits, backlinks, and page speed optimization.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, ensuring higher search engine rankings.
Content Marketing
• Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for blogs, website, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and SEO strategy.
Social Media Management
• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Plan and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Track engagement, growth, and conversions through analytics tools.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.• 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, WordPress, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
