Draughtsman

URGENT Requirement:
Prepare NOC drawings, shop drawings and as built for road and infra structure works, as per the authority requirements such as DEWA, RTA, DU, Etisalat, DM and etc,

Key Interfaces and Relationships
Project manager, Sr. Office Engineer, Senior Quantity Surveyor, chief surveyor, Consultant and Government authorities e.g. RTA, DEWA, and etc.

Decision Making Responsibilities
• Carry out the tasks within the time frame as indicated by the Sr. Office engineer

Operational Responsibilities
• Prepare NOC’s drawings
• Prepare traffic diversion and management as per RTA standard.
• Review the design drawings
• Prepare shop drawings for road ( layout and profile)
• Prepare shop drawings for under ground services such as storm, sewer, water, ducts and etc.
• Quantity take off
• Prepare combined drawings to study the clash analysis
• Prepare as built

Tendering Responsibilities
• assist estimation team in tendering
• Identify the scope and quantity take off especially for lump sum project.

SHEQ Responsibilities
• Shall take reasonable care for the safety and health of themselves and others.
• Co-operate with management and front-line supervision in complying with legal requirements and company SHEQ standards, safety rules and safe systems or work.
• Take part and actively participate in SHEQ training.
• Take part in legal and company health screening when required.
• Must not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of safety, health, welfare or the environment.
• Wear all appropriate personal protective equipment as per site rules, safe systems of work, and as instructed by management or front-line supervision.
• Report all unsafe situations to management.
• Report all incidents and damage to management whether persons are injured or not.
