JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Oversee on-site personnel, completing all pre-commissioning and commissioning-related preparation, execution, documentation, approval, punch list management, certification, and handover tasks. This includes reviewing relevant pre-commissioning and commissioning documents & plans, managing personnel mobilization, supervising the procurement of pre-commissioning and commissioning materials, and coordinating on-site technical support from vendors.
- Assist and support the COMPANY in commissioning and starting up tasks of process systems.Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of large-scale oil and gas treatment facilities
Requirements:
- Possesses core expertise in the pre-commissioning and commissioning of comprehensive electrical systems, including HV/LV distribution, transformers, generators, UPS, and protection relays.- Demonstrates proficiency in authoring, reviewing, and executing all key electrical commissioning documentation, such as test procedures, method statements, and emergency protocols.
- Brings over three years of field-based commissioning experience in industrial settings, with advanced skills in troubleshooting complex electrical issues using specialized test equipment.
- Exhibits mastery in interpreting electrical drawings like SLDs and schematics to ensure precise alignment of field installations with design intent.
- Capable of effectively coordinating commissioning activities among diverse project stakeholders, including management, designers, vendors, and contractors.
Salary:
USD
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
