JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Emirati Insurance / Operations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in managing insurance operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within a fast-paced insurance environment.
Timings : Monday – Friday, 8-4. (Fridays until 3.30). We offer hybrid work-from-home option after 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily insurance operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to streamline processes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve service quality.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support training and development initiatives for team members.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Should be a university Graduate in any stream
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills being advantageous.
- Committed to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 11,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
