JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Thesay Pharma is seeking a proactive, professional, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare Management, possess 5–7 years of relevant experience in the pharma or medical field, and demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accompany the CEO to meetings, conferences, and business trips as required.
• Prepare, refine, and manage professional presentations, reports, and business documents.
• Coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel logistics.
• Prepare meeting materials, record key outcomes, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters.
• Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners.
Requirements:
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare Management, or a related field.• 5–7 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to travel with the CEO for business purposes when required.
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and a proactive working attitude.
