Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the group and its subsidiaries.

Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, and tax functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and CEO to support strategic decision-making.

Manage group-level consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

Implement effective financial controls, policies, and procedures across all entities.

Develop and manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external partners.

Evaluate investment opportunities, capital structuring, and risk management frameworks.

Support business development, M&A, and diversification initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance teams across the group.

Requirements:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred).

Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within a holding group, conglomerate, or diversified business.

Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment analysis, and corporate governance.

Proven experience managing multiple subsidiaries and complex group structures.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Based in or open to relocation to Dubai, UAE.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
