Position Title: Head of EYFS

A recognized British curriculum school in Sharjah offering education from early years to secondary level, accredited by BSME and following UK educational standards.
Job Description
• Lead and support EYFS staff to deliver high teaching and learning standards.
• Oversee engaging EYFS curriculum aligned with UAE context and school goals.
• Monitor teaching quality, assessments, and staff development for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong communication with parents, community, and school leadership.
Requirements:
• Female native English speakers• Minimum 5 years’ EYFS teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a British curriculum school
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education; Master’s degree is preferred
• Candidates with relevant experience in the Middle East are encouraged to apply
Salary:
AED
24,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
