JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a professional and experienced Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team at a prestigious establishment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, manage waitstaff operations efficiently, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the waitstaff team to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist in training and mentoring new waiters to uphold service quality.
- Oversee seating arrangements and manage reservations to maximize dining area efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the dining area.
- Monitor inventory of service supplies and communicate needs to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or senior waiter in a high-end hospitality environment.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
