Hiring for Modular Kitchen Cabinets (Russian/Arabic Fluency)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Modular Kitchen Cabinets Specialist who is fluent in Russian or Arabic to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing client consultations, coordinating designs, and overseeing the production and installation of high-quality modular kitchen cabinets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for modular kitchen cabinets.
- Prepare and present custom design proposals using CAD software and sample materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Oversee the installation process to ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote modular kitchen solutions in the target markets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian or Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.- Proven experience in modular kitchen design, cabinetry, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of materials, design trends, and manufacturing processes in modular kitchens.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to read and create detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
