JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Immediate vacancies for an experienced female Human Resource Executive who specializes in recruitment/talent acquisition join our Team here in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be covering all HR responsibilities.
This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring labor law compliance, and enhancing our organizational culture.
Recruitment/talent acquisition is a main focus in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process efficiently, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
• Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee a performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance.
• Administer a competitive pay plan and benefits program, including payroll management and maintenance of compensation/attendance records.
• Conduct training needs assessments, and design and monitor effective training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout human resource management.
• Promote values and shape a positive and inclusive culture.
• Oversee job design, manage job descriptions, and maintain organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain a harmonious working environment.
• Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and analysis.
• Support administrative tasks, including trade license management and other related duties.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the UAE and/or the fitness industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and familiarity with HR best practices.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing employee relations and performance management systems.
• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a positive working environment.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
