JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client an international Architecture practice, is seeking a HR MANAGER, this role is overseeing the HR needs ACROSS Dubai and London , with around 90 - 110 staff across the two studios ( and growing) . Therefore, you will have to be well versed on employment laws covering the UK and UAE. You will be managing a team 2, report directly to the Partners. A HR qualification/ Degree / CIPD Level 5 Qualified is required
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 years' HR experience* Strong knowledge of employment law/Labor law for UK/UAE
* Strategic thinker with hands-on ability
* Experience in the UAE/UK and/or within a professional services firm,or architectural design firm is highly desirable
