JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site personnel, completing all pre-commissioning and commissioning-related preparation, execution, documentation, approval, punch list management, certification, and handover tasks. This includes reviewing relevant pre-commissioning and commissioning documents & plans, managing personnel mobilization, supervising the procurement of pre-commissioning and commissioning materials, and coordinating on-site technical support from vendors.
- Assist and support the COMPANY in commissioning and starting up tasks of process systems.Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of large-scale oil and gas treatment facilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in instrument pre-commissioning and commissioning.- Hands-on experience with instrument loop checks and functional testing.
- Familiarity with control systems from at least one major vendor (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Emerson).
- Experience in developing instrument-related documentation and procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary:
USD
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
