JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a qualified lawyer (civil or common law jurisdiction) with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join a leading UAE-based group with diverse business interests and a strong in-house legal function team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial and real estate matters, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and general legal advisory work. This role offers excellent exposure to a diverse business environment and the opportunity to develop within a dynamic corporate group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and real estate contracts
2. Provide legal support on operational and corporate matters
3. Assist with compliance, due diligence, and risk management
4. Liaise with external counsel when necessary
5. Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation
Requirements:
1. Qualified lawyer (civil or common law jurisdiction accepted)2. Minimum 2 years PQE
3. Strong commercial and real estate experience
4. Native English speaker
5. Currently based in the UAE
6. Available to join within 1 month

Salary:
AED
18,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
