Our client is looking a Leasing Administrator to support day-to-day leasing operations across residential and holiday home portfolios. The role is responsible for preparing and managing lease documentation, handling tenant communication, and ensuring timely Ejari registrations in compliance with DLD/RERA regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare tenancy agreements, renewals, addendums, and termination documents.
• Register and renew Ejari tenancy contracts through DLD online systems.
• Maintain accurate lease and tenant records in property management software
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including handover and inspection documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries regarding leasing documents and renewals.
• Monitor lease expiries and ensure timely renewal notices and follow-ups.
• Generate occupancy, vacancy, and contract status reports for management.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with RERA and DLD regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance for rent collections, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Maintenance teams to ensure unit readiness.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in leasing administration or property management in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of DLD and RERA procedures, including Ejari registration.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Additional languages are considered an advantage.
