Manager, Business System & Solution

Job purpose

The Manager, Business System & Solution, is responsible for overseeing and managing all automation and digital solutions for PDE. This includes ensuring that these solutions are continuously improved and aligned with company IT and Cyber Security standards, as well as regulatory requirements. The role also involves training and mentoring project teams on PDE systems and tools, establishing system environments for new projects, and maintaining licenses and administration roles. The Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of these systems.

Key accountabilities

• Own and operate all automation and digital solutions for PDE: This involves managing existing solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with IT and Cyber Security standards and regulatory requirements: The Manager must ensure that all systems and solutions comply with internal IT and Cyber Security standards, as well as any relevant regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor project teams on PDE systems and tools: Responsible for providing training and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they are proficient in using PDE systems and tools.
• Establish system environments for new projects: Set up the necessary system environments for new projects, ensuring they meet all required standards and are ready for use.
• Maintain licenses and administration roles: Ensure all licenses are up-to-date and administration roles are properly managed to maintain system integrity and security.

Minimum qualifications, experience and competencies

Minimum qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in relevant areas such as IT Management, Cyber Security, or Project Management are preferred.

Minimum experience:

• 7-10 years of experience managing business systems and solutions, with a focus on automation and digital tools.
• Proven experience aligning systems with IT and Cyber Security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor project teams on systems and tools.
• Experience establishing system environments for new projects and maintaining licenses and administrative controls.
