JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site personnel, completing all pre-commissioning and commissioning-related preparation, execution, documentation, approval, punch list management, certification, and handover tasks. This includes reviewing relevant pre-commissioning and commissioning documents & plans, managing personnel mobilization, supervising the procurement of pre-commissioning and commissioning materials, and coordinating on-site technical support from vendors.
- Assist and support the COMPANY in commissioning and starting up tasks of process systems.Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of large-scale oil and gas treatment facilities.
Requirements:
Requirements:- The ability to independently plan, organize, and implement site commissioning work, including pipeline flushing, drying, leakage testing, individual equipment functional testing, and system operational testing.
- The capability to independently prepare procedure documents, such as commissioning plans and relevant reports.
- Proficiency in using relevant test tools and instruments.
- Familiarity with the working principles and commissioning scope of common oil and gas facilities.
- The ability to lead commissioning meetings, clearly defining personnel assignments, schedules, and other critical details.
Salary:
USD
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
