Join our dynamic gym team as a Membership Specialist in Sharjah, where your passion for fitness and exceptional customer service will help us grow our community of health enthusiasts. You will play a pivotal role in welcoming new members, managing memberships, and ensuring every client feels valued and supported on their fitness journey.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective and existing members with membership inquiries and sales.
- Conduct tours of the gym facilities and explain membership options and benefits.
- Process new member registrations, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate membership records and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote membership campaigns and special offers.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks related to membership services.
- Ensure compliance with gym policies and maintain a welcoming environment for all members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to confidently explain membership options and close sales.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership management software.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for health and fitness is a plus but not mandatory.
