JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Merchandiser
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus incentive

About the Client:
A UAE-based homecare brand producing locally crafted, highly effective, and non-toxic cleaning solutions for a safer, healthier home
Job Description:
• Ensure products are well-presented, available, and merchandised across retail and e-commerce in the UAE.
• Conduct store visits, monitor stock, execute merchandising, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Provide reporting, feedback, and market insights to improve merchandising performance.
Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationals, aged 40 years or below• Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising/field operations (FMCG/retail)
• Able to travel across UAE and manage multiple store visits daily
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus); UAE driving license preferred
Salary:
AED
5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
