Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is pleased to announce our National Training Programs, available at both our Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali locations. These programs are designed to provide UAE Nationals, particularly high school leavers, with the opportunity to begin careers in various fields within our company.
Position: National Trainee Smelter
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting 6 months, aimed at preparing young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. The program includes structured classroom-based theoretical sessions, practical training in workshops, and on-the-job training in EGA operational areas. The targeted position for trainees is Utility Operator within one year.
Requirements:
Program Requirements:• UAE National holding a UAE passport
• High School Certificate
• Good communication skills in English
• Completed the National Service (If Applicable)
• Aged between 20-32
