* Develop and implement organisational design initiatives to support business objectives.
* Lead initiatives focused on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
* Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
* Analyse organisational performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
* Ensure alignment of organisational structure and processes with strategic goals.
* Provide expert advice on change management and organisational effectiveness.
* Monitor and evaluate the success of organisational development initiatives.
