JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a versatile and organized Office Assistant cum Travel Assistant to join our dynamic retail team in the UAE. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations while efficiently managing travel arrangements for staff and executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements such as booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for employees and guests.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place before travel.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and appointments as required.
- Maintain records related to office operations and travel activities for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to negotiate best rates and services.
- Support the retail team with various ad hoc tasks to facilitate business operations.
- Support HR team in HR Operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or travel assistant, preferably in a retail environment.- People Management Experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of UAE local travel regulations and visa procedures is advantageous.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
