JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Native English-speaking Instructor to deliver high-quality Corporate Language Training for our clients in UAE. The instructor will design and conduct engaging lessons tailored to professionals, focusing on improving workplace communication, business writing, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct corporate English training sessions (in-person or online) for business professionals.
- Design lesson plans aligned with the client’s training objectives and language proficiency level.
- Incorporate real-world business scenarios, writing exercises, and industry-specific vocabulary.
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to both participants and the training coordinator.
- Ensure a positive, interactive, and goal-oriented learning environment.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker (UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.).- Bachelor’s degree or above; TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching business or corporate English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available for flexible working hours (weekday evenings or weekends).
- Prior experience training professionals in the UAE or GCC is a plus.
