JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a private individual and entrepreneur based in Dubai Marina, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support across both personal and business activities. The role offers a mix of remote work and on-site presence at the residence, with occasional travel abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Provide administrative support for the client’s art business, including acquisitions, sales, and coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Assist with paying invoices and handling basic bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and MS Office.
- Provide flexible personal support, including errands and coordination.
- Occasionally travel with the client (approx. twice a year to London/Hong Kong).
Requirements:
- Must hold own visa (e.g., husband’s visa).- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Must be comfortable working independently and remotely, with approx. 2 days a week on-site at the Marina residence.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and be able to drive.
- Flexible and professional attitude with the ability to handle both personal and business-related tasks.
