JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Role Description
• This role will navigate between on-site activities and Head office duties.
• The Project Planner will be responsible for day-to-day planning tasks ie Baseline program, EOT, resource and cost loading.
• Ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery to high-quality standards within budget constraints.
Requirements:
The candidate:• Ideally Minimum 12 years Project Planning, Scheduling skills with MEP Contractors in the GCC and ideally currently UAE based.
• Experience with planning/co ordinating the MEP works on High End Residential, Hospitality and Data Centers is desired.
• Experience in coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software.
Salary:
AED
17,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
