JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Port Agency Specialist (3 vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, Internal teams, port authorities and service vendorsduring port calls to coordinate all aspects of vessel arrivals, berthing, cargo operations, and departures.
• Arrange port services, including pilotage, towage, berthing, bunkering, waste disposal, and provisions.
• Handle shipping documentation (bills of lading, cargo manifests, port clearance, customs filings, crew lists, etc.).
• Prepare Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDAs) and reconcile Final Disbursement Accounts (FDAs) for port calls.
Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationalities. 39 years old and below• Extensive knowledge of shipping documentation, including Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDAs) and/or Final Disbursement Accounts (FDAs), as well as UAE port regulations.
• Familiarity with Port Services including pilotage, towage, berthing, bunkering, waste disposal, and provisions.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
Salary:
AED
14,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
