The Power Quality Service Engineer - Customer Facing will have as main responsibility to maximize services revenue by establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with assigned portfolio of Proximity Accounts. In addition to account ownership, he/she can be responsible to manage by delegation, services tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts.

What you’ll do:

• Sell and support Eaton UPS life cycle services, coordinating with customers, service providers, and sales managers.
• Meet annual service revenue goals, provide accurate sales forecasting, and manage customer relationships.
• Develop service quotations, understand competitors, and highlight Eaton’s advantages.
• Coordinate with all the FS teams and product teams if needed, to satisfy service opportunities and manage existing installation upgrades and Spare parts requirements with the FS teams.
• Keep up to date the data of Installed Base of the customers to support in providing offers for Spare parts and life cycle services.
• Conduct regular customer visits to foster positive relationships and educate them on product life cycles.
• Create customer accounts, track leads, and handle company registrations.
• Manage service contracts as the main contact, seeking additional sales opportunities.
• Drive trade sales growth through effective sales and demand management.
• Lead proactive sales campaigns and assess risks and opportunities for product and solution offerings.
• Take inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer base and foster new points of contact and potential accounts thanks to marketing & sales campaign, FSR leads and CCC/other sales leads.Analyze CRM data for pipeline, forecasts, and profit planning.
• Support development and implementation of market strategies and service contracts.
• Foster positive client relationships and use financial strategies to boost revenue.
• Respond on-time and on-quality to On-demand requests from the customers.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• 5+ years of experience in life cycle services Sales for UPS
• Experience in dealing with and conducting negotiations with customers.
• Experience in attending exhibitions/ conferences and conducting presentations.

Skills:
• Market and technology savvy, working knowledge of respective cluster/country market, trends, competitors.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English
