JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an own visa detail-oriented and organized Procurement Admin to support our procurement operations on a temporary 6-month contract. The role involves handling purchase order processes, maintaining procurement records, generating reports, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Purchase Order (PO) issuing process efficiently and accurately.
- Generate and maintain reports using the PO system/ERP system.
- Record and track procurement-related data including PRs, POs, MEMOs, SSM, etc.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and departments to understand requirements, provide clarifications, and respond to requests.
- Support procurement team in documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Cooperative, flexible, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or procurement support roles.
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
