EFG Arabia is the regional headquarters of Elephants Foot Global, a trusted international company specialising in waste management and the built environment. With over 50 years of experience in Australia, we’re now establishing our presence in the Gulf Region.
We’re looking for a prominent salesperson, someone commercially driven, strategic, and ready to take the lead in building relationships, securing tenders, and driving growth across KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Oman. This isn’t a typical sales role; it’s an opportunity to shape the future of a growing international business in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.

What you’ll do
• Lead the preparation and submission of EOIs, prequalification’s, and tenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
• Build visibility and trusted relationships with key clients, government bodies, and project managers across the GCC.
• Develop and maintain a live pipeline of opportunities, tracking leads through all stages from identification to award.
• Conduct structured outreach campaigns and presentations to secure consulting and advisory work.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to refine bid strategies and pricing.
• Represent EFG Arabia professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Continuously improve internal processes, templates, and reporting to strengthen operational discipline.
Requirements:
Who we’re looking for• 3+ years’ experience in tendering, business development, or client relations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Skilled communicator confident in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and workflow tools.
