JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Property Advisor to join our vibrant real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will leverage strong market knowledge and excellent communication skills to assist clients in finding their ideal property solutions, offering expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their property needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive market insights and expert advice on property values, trends, and opportunities in Dubai.
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties, arranging viewings, and negotiating terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations, financing options, and market conditions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed property proposals and contracts to clients.
Requirements:
-You are a UAE Resident.-Proven track record in property sales or rentals.
-Good knowledge of the Dubai property market.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
-a Fluent English Speaker.
