Work from Home Opportunity based in Dubai
Full UAE Driving licence and own car required.
A superb opportunity to join an UHNW single family office environment as part of a boutique and close-knit team has arisen. Reporting into C-Suite, the role will provide operational support across the personal and investment property portfolio ensuring high service levels and exceptional project delivery.
Working closely with the CFO, you will be heavily involved in supporting him with research, strong property market investment analysis, looking at service providers and contractors and liaising with tenants and lawyers. Additionally, there will be HR and finance support to the CFO and strong diary management for him.
The role has broad scope and is exceptionally hands-on. Attending the properties, looking at refurbishment projects, contractor supervision, completing snagging lists, resolving maintenance issues across short-term lets as well as private use properties, ensuring favourable contract terms and applying robust quality control checks, ensuring full transparency and visibility.
Excellent reporting skills are required, these will include full progress reports on projects, property management profit / loss reports and managing core tenancy records with accuracy. Financial reporting is on a daily and weekly basis, with full oversight of all invoices and reconciliation of expenses. Working with the lawyers, you will prepare and oversee tenancy contracts in line with UAE law, support any tenancy violations, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions, but not being afraid to escalate when required.
We are seeking a responsive and proactive individual, with a common sense and logical approach to problem solving. Deadline focused and able to mange workload effectively, prioritising ss required. To be considered for this position, you must be a mature candidate, with at least 5 years of relevant experience within a private office/ UHNW environment, specifically managing property and supporting the administrative functions. Excellent research and analytical skills must be demonstrated.
Candidates must have lived in Dubai for at least 3 years and possess a valid UAE driving license. This position is a full time work from home role.
