JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
· Translation & Communication
Provide translation and interpretation services for daily communication, meetings, and documentation.
· Procurement Coordination
Coordinate and support local procurement activities across project divisions.
Assist in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order preparation, and follow-up on deliveries.
· Customs Clearance Support
Assist in customs documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, and follow-up on import/export clearance processes.
· Operational Assistance
Support operations of the batching plant and assist in material supply management.
· Administrative & Logistic Support
Perform assigned administrative tasks, including local purchases, office supply management, and coordination of support services.
Drive company vehicles when required to support logistics and operational needs.
