What’s on Offer for the Successful Real Estate Agent:
• Commission-only role – 50% on all sales (Up to 70% through hitting targets)
• £50,000–£100,000+ OTE (tax-free) in your first year
• Comprehensive in-house training and mentorship
• Working visa and medical insurance
• Close-knit, supportive team environment
• All tools and equipment provided
Key Responsibilities of a Real Estate Agent:
• Source, list, and sell properties across Dubai
• Conduct valuations and property viewings
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Build your personal brand through networking and social media
• Manage clients and listings using the company CRM
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset
• Property experience preferred (not essential)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Valid driving licence
Salary:
GBP
6,500 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
