JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
They should have a strong grasp of property management, sales, and purchase regulations. someone who can manage rental units and represent landlords effectively. Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent.
Professional certification in real estate brokerage or related field (for example a brokerage licence or accreditation).
Age: between 28 and 38 years.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the UAE real estate market (residential / commercial) with proven sales/lease success.
Strong understanding of the local Sharjah & UAE property market (free zones, residential developments, leasing, sales).
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
Customer-oriented attitude, professional presentation, high integrity and self-motivation.Identify, prospect and generate leads (buyers, sellers, tenants).
Show and present properties to clients, highlight features and benefits.
Negotiate terms of sale/lease, prepare contracts in coordination with legal/finance team.
Requirements:
candidate with 5-7 years of real estate experience in the UAE, fluent in both Arabic and English. Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate deals, close contracts and follow up post-sale/lease.Familiarity with CRM / real-estate software or willingness to learn.
Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within emirate.
Desirable (but not mandatory):
Certification from a recognised real-estate body in UAE or region (e.g., real-estate brokerage course).
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Previous experience with free-zone real estate or investment properties.
Network of contacts / clientele in Sharjah or Dubai area.
Knowledge of UAE property/lease law and regulation
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
