Position Title: Recruitment Executive

Salary: 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience & qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based, government-licensed offering recruitment, visa, and support services for domestic workers.
Job Description:
• Oversee sourcing, recruitment, and supply of domestic workers, ensuring contracts, guarantees, and smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, clients, and suppliers while conducting market research and tracking competitors.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
• Manage and support the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure quality after-sales service.
Requirements:
• Open to Male, 45 years old and below• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in domestic worker placement or manpower supply.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
