Position Title: Recruitment Specialist - Vessel Agency
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set hiring timelines.
- Actively source candidates using job boards, industry networks, and referrals to build and maintain a talent pipeline for specialized roles (shipping, logistics, maritime operations, support functions).
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring an efficient and professional process to assess cultural fit and role alignment
Requirements:
- Open to EU / CIS Nationals only, 39 years old and below- At least 1 year of UAE experience in recruitment within shipping, logistics, or maritime industry
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
