Position Title: Relationship Manager – Real Estate Development (5 vacancies)

Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications plus commission per closed deal

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Job Description:
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
-Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
-Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
-Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.-At least 1-2 years of solid experience preferably in off-plan sales within UAE developers; With a strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Salary:
AED
8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
