JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Serve as a point of contact for communication between sales teams and clients.
- Prepare sales reports, documentation, and presentations as needed.
- Manage and update sales databases and customer records accurately.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and sales appointments.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and market trends.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.- Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar administrative role, preferably in UAE.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of local market and cultural nuances is a plus.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 11,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
