Position Title: Sales Executive – Fit Out & Renovations
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 8K AED depending on experience & qualifications plus monthly commission

About the Client:
A trusted partner for premium villa construction, renovation, and home improvement services across the UAE, specializing in transforming residential spaces into elegant, functional, and personalized living environments.
Job Description:
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, BOQs, and quotations
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Dubai fit-out and renovation market
• Build and maintain a strong network of client connections for sales opportunities. Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to align client expectations with project feasibility
Requirements:
• Male, 45 years old & below• Proven sales experience, ideally within fit-out, villa renovation, interior works, or apartment maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of fit-out works, villa renovation, interior works, painting, Electrical Works, AC Installation Works, and related processes
• UAE Driving license and own car are added advantage
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
