JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive fluent in Russian to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our expanding business in the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Russian-speaking market segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and sales.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 8,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
