Position Title: Senior Sales Executive

Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based, government-licensed offering recruitment, visa, and support services for domestic workers.
Job Description:
• Plan and execute marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and reporting results to management.
• Lead digital marketing, promotions, and market research to grow market share and strengthen brand reputation.
• Manage client relations, resolve complaints, and coordinate with agents, government entities, and internal departments.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of sales staff to enhance team efficiency and results.
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities, 45 years old and below.• At least 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
