Overview:
You will assist in verifying creator accounts on platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram. The role focuses on managing verification requests, coordinating with platform representatives, and ensuring the successful completion of Snap Star and Blue Check verification for qualified creators.
Responsibilities:
*Handle verification requests for creator social media accounts.
*Collect and prepare the required documents and profile data for verification submissions.
*Coordinate with platform partners or agencies to facilitate verification processing.
*Track the progress of each verification request and follow up when needed.
*Maintain records of verified creators and pending applications.
*Ensure that all creator accounts meet the platform's requirements before submission.
*Communicate with creators to guide them through the verification process.
Requirements:
*Experience managing or supporting influencer or creator accounts.*Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat verification processes.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple submissions at once.
*Discretion and professionalism when handling creator information.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience working with digital marketing agencies, talent management, or influencer networks.
*Existing contacts or familiarity with platform support teams or agency verification partners.
