Duties and Responsibilities
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Google+ etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands and create or post shareable videos and images.
- Good technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats, and build and maintain relationships.
Desirable Personal Characteristics
- Contributing to the company blog on a weekly basis.
- Assisting with social media performance reports.
- Ability to promote the product to potential customers.
