We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our hospitality establishment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff members to achieve high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency in service delivery.
- Train new employees and provide continuous development opportunities for the team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with management to implement business strategies and promotions.
- Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in the hospitality industry.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in the hospitality sector.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
