About the Role:
We are hiring a TikTok Operations Coordinator to recruit and manage creators for live streaming projects. You will help influencers grow, improve content quality, and increase revenue through data-driven strategies and platform insights.
Responsibilities:
*Recruit and onboard 100+ nano and micro-influencers for TikTok live streaming.
*Plan and execute content strategies to enhance live performance and viewer engagement.
*Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve algorithm performance.
*Provide creators with feedback and guidance to help them reach revenue targets.
*Track live streaming performance and prepare regular reports.
*Collaborate with internal teams to support influencer growth and retention.
Requirements:
*Strong understanding of TikTok live streaming features and creator ecosystem.*Experience in influencer operations, talent management, or live stream coordination.
*Skilled in using analytics tools and interpreting performance data.
*Excellent communication and organization skills.
*Ability to manage multiple creators and projects efficiently.
