What you'll be doing
Fulfillment operations
- Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor order accuracy, lead times, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting fulfillment performance.
Coordination with buying, supply chain, tech, commercial and other stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the buying team to align inventory availability with sales and demand forecasts.
- Work with supply chain counterparts to ensure optimal stock levels, efficient replenishment, and inbound logistics coordination.
- Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to address issues affecting operational flow.
- Coordinate with IT on all ongoing projects and ensure UAT sign-off prior to launching.
- Coordinate with commercial, customer service, and other stakeholders with necessary support including analytical reports and presentations.
3PL warehouse oversight and support
- Monitor performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners against SLAs (e.g., order accuracy, shipping timelines, inventory accuracy).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure SOPs and compliance standards are consistently followed by external partners.
- Support US team with constructive feedback towards continuous improvement.
Operations support & continuous improvement
- Support the end-to-end U.S. operations cycle including returns, reverse logistics, and warehouse transfers.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost-efficiency, speed, and customer satisfaction.
