JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
MENA Recruit is working with a leading international law firm to source an experienced Working Capital & Accounts Coordinator for its Dubai office. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with strong credit control and billing expertise gained in an international legal or professional services environment.
The role offers broad exposure across billing, WIP management, and compliance, and the opportunity to work closely with partners and fee earners across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage credit control and client collections, ensuring prompt settlement of invoices and resolution of billing queries.
• Prepare debtor statements, post bills and credit notes, and support partners through billing cycles.
• Conduct monthly WIP and debtor review meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and working capital hygiene.
• Oversee compliance with SAR rules, VAT legislation, and firm banking processes.
• Handle cashiering duties, including posting receipts in Aderant, settling disbursements, and reconciling accounts.
• Provide support on finance projects, process improvements, and team cover where required.
Requirements:
• Previous law firm finance or professional services accounting experience is essential.• Proven experience in credit control / debt collection with direct client interaction.
• Strong billing and working capital management skills.
• Knowledge of VAT, SAR rules, and banking systems.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Aderant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable team player, able to assist with AP and disbursement uploads as needed.

Salary:
AED
20,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
